The short answer
Every guest at River Bend Bliss — in the river house or an RV site — can use the Colorado River access, the river viewing deck, fire pit, BBQ grills, picnic tables, yard games and lawn. The river runs along the back of the property — River Bend Bliss is right on the water.
A lot of rentals say “waterfront” and mean a glimpse through the trees. Here the river is the property line. Pair this with the river house or an RV site and you have everything you need for a slow weekend.

Lounge sofas and a dining table set right over the water — the best seat for sunset.

A stone fire pit on the lawn, surrounded by loungers, with the river behind it.

Cast from the bank for largemouth bass without leaving the property.

Rent a kayak on site or bring your own, and paddle the slow bends of the Colorado.

Cornhole, open lawn and seating for the whole group.

Big shade trees, a canopy swing and plenty of places to do nothing.

A day on the property
Start on the deck while the river is still glassy. Fish the bank before the heat, paddle a lazy loop after lunch, and fire up the grills when the shade stretches across the lawn. When the sun goes down, the fire pit takes over. Wi-Fi reaches the deck if someone has to check in with the office.
