A Colorado River vacation rental and RV park in Cedar Creek, Texas — born from a fix-and-flip that became too good to let go of.
It started as a flip. It became something better.
When the owners of River Bend Bliss purchased the property in late 2021, the plan was simple: renovate, sell, move on. Built in 1987 and tucked along River Road in Cedar Creek, Texas, the house was a classic fixer-upper — promising on paper, but in need of serious work.
Then the backyard happened.
As the overgrowth was cleared and the renovation neared completion, something appeared that changed everything: the Colorado River, running right along the back of the property. Some places earn their way off the market. This was one of them. Instead of listing it, the owners decided to share it — and River Bend Bliss was born.
